Christopher C. Rendon is President and Chief Executive Officer of Under Pressure Energy Services. He is a member of UPES’s management committee and also serves on UPES’s board of directors.  Christopher Rendon brings years of experience in the area of Safety Restraints and Pump Maintenance. 

 

Under Pressure Energy Services was started by Christopher in Victoria, Texas in 2016.  UPES has become one of the most efficient operators in the field of Safety Restraints and Pump Maintenance in West and south Texas.

CHRISTOPHER C. RENDON 

Rene Martinez manages overall operations and is responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department.  Martinez ensures safe and efficient operations.  Serve as a UPES’s company representative on regulatory issues. Martinez enhances the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes, enhanced management reporting and looks for opportunities to expand systems.  Martinez carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company’s policies and applicable laws.

 

Martinez previously worked in the refinery arenas in South Texas before accepting a job with UPES.  Martinez started out as a Field Tech at UPES and moved up the ranks to Operations Manager.  Martinez has more than 10 yrs. experience in the oil and gas industry.  Martinez is an alumna of The University of Texas-San Antonio where he studied Civil Engineer.  Martinez is originally from Progresso, Texas and a veteran who served 6 yrs. in the United States Army.

RENEE MARTINEZ

Stacey J. Rendon-Del Bosque is responsible for providing leadership and accountability for all aspects of human resources, ensuring consistency and quality.  Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.  Rendon-Del Bosque oversees the variety of roles including the company’s diversity and inclusion efforts, actively supporting UPES’s family-friendly workplace culture.

 

Rendon-Del Bosque is an alumna of Texas A&M San Antonio where she studied Interdisciplinary Studies and brings over 20 years’ experience in her field.  Prior to accepting a position with UPES, Rendon-Del Bosque worked in the education field as a Teacher, Registrar/Accounts Payable, and Recruiter. She is a proud member of Sigma Delta Lambda Sorority and a member of the Junior League of Midland.  Rendon-Del Bosque is originally from Beeville. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and volunteers with various non-profit organizations throughout Texas.

STACEY J. RENDON-DEL BOSQUE

Diaz is responsible for coordinating projects and supervising workers. Diaz consults with clients and engineers, keeping the worksite clean, and solving incidents in a proactive manner.  Diaz is in charge of maintaining that safety standards are followed.  Diaz provides Field Techs with the guidelines for operations and checking on operations.

 

Diaz has a wealth of knowledge in the oil and gas energy services.  He was born and raised in Midland.
